World Tours
Special garden and ethno-botanical tours and fruit safaris for botanists, students, growers, and restaurateurs from all over the country are organized and led by Fruit and Spice Park Manager Chris Rollins. Ranging from 9 to 32 days, the tours are for the purpose of collecting fruit, plant specimens, and enjoying cultural exchange.
Past tours have included England, Honduras, Costa Rica, Belize, Guatemala, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Bali, Java and Borneo.

Our August 2005 tour of Southeast Asia was a tremendous success. Led by Chris Rollins, the group searched the grand temples of Angkor Wat, the fertile plains of the Mekong delta and the hills of Northern Thailand for new and exotic specimens to add to the park's growing collection of tropical delights.
